Since launching in 2007, Virgin America has aimed to “Make Flying Good Again." It has been widely recognized for doing exactly that. By providing flyers with unparalleled customer service in stylish cabins, Virgin America has truly changed the way people fly.
In 2014, Virgin America partnered with LOYAL3 to open its IPO to many of the people who helped make it happen– employees and Gold and Silver Elevate members.

LOYAL3 collaborated with Virgin America to design a program that fit exactly with what the company wanted. The LOYAL3 creative team designed custom communications using Virgin’s iconic brand. In addition, the LOYAL3 engineering team developed an enrollment process to accommodate in-flight investors.
