Jeff is the former Attorney General for the State of Indiana, previously serving as both a state and federal
prosecutor. For 12 years, he served as legal advisor to Fortune 500 and high-technology companies on issues including
consumer protection and privacy. Jeff has repeatedly been voted one of the top 100 lawyers in both CA and Indiana.
Additionally, he served as co-CEO of TechNet, and deputy CEO and general counsel of the 2000 Democratic National

Robin has 28 years experience building capital markets businesses as well as advising on, and executing,
