Barry has over 30 years experience investing in and leading high growth companies. As Chairman & CEO of MSA Industries, he led the company's growth from 200 to 2,000 employees, and a 63% CAGR during the 3-year period prior to its sale to DuPont. He then served nine years as Chairman and CEO, MacGregor Golf Company. Most recently, he was Managing Partner, The Parkside Group LLC. Barry has a history of creating shareholder value and leading global teams in strategy, marketing, finance and M&A.

Stephen Klein

CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER

Stephen has 27 years of experience specializing in disruptive consumer technologies and their impact on brands. He’s built, launched and managed technologies and brands at Hill Holliday Advertising (US and Europe), Dun & Bradstreet, Harley-Davidson, Internet Profiles Corp, Liquid Audio, StockPower and Line 6. Working closely with Chris Brahm, LOYAL3 Director, he was instrumental in the development of using stock ownership as a powerful branding and consumer loyalty currency.

Matt Ho

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Matt has 15 years designing and productizing new technologies. Recently founded Kieden, sold it to Salesforce.com and led Salesforce.com's engineering team for their Marketing Module. Pioneered development of hosted services in the cloud for GrandCentral. Started at StockPower, building industry’s first paperless payment system and Web-based DSPP.

Peter Coleman

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Peter has 20 years of financial and investment banking experience focused on technology companies. As a senior equity research analyst covering the software industry at Bank of America/Montgomery Securities and Schwab Soundview Capital Markets, Peter was widely viewed as one of the leading voices on the emerging trends in software as a service. Following that, Peter was COO and CFO at Think Equity Partners, CEO and CFO of publicly traded Merriman Holdings and Director of Research of JMP Securities.

Jeff Modisett

CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER

Jeff is the former Attorney General for the State of Indiana, previously serving as both a state and federal prosecutor. For 12 years, he served as legal advisor to Fortune 500 and high-technology companies on issues including consumer protection and privacy. Jeff has repeatedly been voted one of the top 100 lawyers in both CA and Indiana. Additionally, he served as co-CEO of TechNet, and deputy CEO and general counsel of the 2000 Democratic National Convention.

Robin Weiss

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Robin has 28 years experience building capital markets businesses as well as advising on, and executing, corporate finance transactions at JPMorgan Chase and NYSE Euronext. Robin is a Board Member and Committee Chair of the Council for Economic Education, targeting K-12 financial literacy.

Chien Liang-Chou

VICE PRESIDENT, ENGINEERING

Chien has 15 years of experience developing software technologies and building engineering teams. He led Salesforce.com Application Architecture Team for CRM and Service Cloud product lines and handled technical due diligence of major M&A activities. As a forerunner of business intelligence in the cloud, he built FirstRain web intelligence products and managed engineering and technical operations teams in the U.S. and India. He also served as a Navy Lieutenant for two years. In addition to technology, he also has a strong background in accounting and financial engineering.

Blake Schneider

VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Blake has 9 years of experience specializing in strategy, operations, and finance. He began his career with a strategic investment firm, The Parkside Group, immediately immersing himself in the operations at its portfolio company, MacGregor Golf Company. He has a wide range of experience and has contributed at the operating level in functional areas such as financial analysis, marketing, human resources, and product. He was instrumental in the acquisition of Greg Norman Collection.

Andres Davidovits

VICE PRESIDENT, EXPERIENCE

Andres has led product design teams for over 15 years, successfully launching numerous mobile and web products. At Palm (now HP), Andres built and managed Palm's Usability Program. Co-founded EyeCron and RippleSend, both online media technology companies, and has led startups in product design and user experience.

Carl Landauer

Carl has 19 years of experience as a securities and financial services lawyer. During 12 years as VP of Charles Schwab, Carl advised on the launch of its online financial services, particularly the creation of its mutual fund Website and the Websites for its foreign operations. Carl also taught history at Yale, Stanford, and McGill Universities and international law at Boalt Hall, UC Berkeley.

Don De Laria

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Don has 15 years of experience developing and communicating corporate strategies and creating synergistic relationships. Before leading Regal Entertainment Group's investor relations program for the past 9 years, Don founded Deephaven Financial Group, a strategic investor relations consulting firm, advising both consumer and high tech companies. Don is a seasoned equity capital markets executive having served in institutional equity sales, equity syndicate and corporate finance.

Nick has 12 years of experience in investor relations & public relations services and broadcast journalism. Before Thomson Reuters, where he spent two years advising investor relations teams of Fortune 500 companies, Nick helped Silicon Valley companies leverage New Media to accomplish their communications goals. Current Board Member of NIRI D*FW. As a journalist, Nick covered various sporting events including the America’s Cup in New Zealand, The Tour de France, FIS Alpine World Cup and a Mount Everest Expedition in Tibet.
