Barry Schneider

Chairman & CEO

Barry has over 30 years experience investing in and leading high growth companies. As Chairman & CEO of MSA Industries, he led the company's growth from 200 to 2,000 employees, and a 63% CAGR during the 3-year period prior to its sale to DuPont. He then served nine years as Chairman and CEO, MacGregor Golf Company. Most recently, he was Managing Partner, The Parkside Group LLC. Barry has a history of creating shareholder value and leading global teams in strategy, marketing, finance and M&A. UCLA BA.

Stephen Klein

President

Stephen has 27 years of experience specializing in disruptive consumer technologies and their impact on brands. He’s built, launched and managed technologies and brands at Hill Holliday Advertising (US and Europe), Dun & Bradstreet, Harley-Davidson, Internet Profiles Corp, Liquid Audio, StockPower and Line 6. Working closely with Chris Brahm, LOYAL3 Director, he was instrumental in the development of using stock ownership as a powerful consumer loyalty currency.

Director

Chris is a Partner and Director of Bain & Company, where he leads the North American Technology Practice. Broad experience and relationships across most layers of the technology stack. Works with companies ranging from Global 100 to start-ups.

Jim Hale

Director

Jim has 30 years management experience in banking and investment. Jim founded FTV Capital in 1998 where he remains a Founding Partner. Prior to that, Jim served as Senior Managing Partner at Montgomery Securities where he was responsible for over 200 transactions. He also co-founded the Montgomery Financial Fund.

Chris Kelly

Director

Chris Kelly is a Silicon Valley based attorney who represents innovative companies on privacy, security, safety and regulatory affairs. Most recently, Chris was a Democratic candidate for Attorney General of California. As Facebook’s first Chief Privacy Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Global Public Policy, Chris helped build the company from its college roots to a service for everyone and worked with Attorney Generals in all 50 states to develop effective safeguards protecting children from online sexual predators.

Marc Metcalf

Director

Marc is an independent management consultant. Prior to establishing his practice in 1997, Marc was President of GE Capital Insurance Services, which he led through growth from a small unit into a $700 million diversified insurance business. Before joining GE Capital in 1990, he spent five years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co.

Susan Smith Ellis

Director

Susan has extensive experience in all phases of marketing, and has engaged with many of the Top 50 brands in the world. Her most recent position was CEO of (Product) Red. Prior to that, Susan was an EVP at Omnicom, where she had broad responsibilities including client acquisition and management. In 2010 Fast Company named Susan one of the top 25 most creative business people in the world.
